With natural resources for development on the agenda a conference and peer-review workshop were held on September 8-11, 2009 in Oslo, Norway. The event was co-organized by the Norwegian of Development Cooperation (Norad), The Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the World Bank and Chr. Michelsen Institute (CMI). Major presentations and discussions that took place during the conference and workshop are summarized in this report.
