The Oil for Development (OfD) Programme, launched in 2005, contributes to improved petroleum sector management through long-term institutional cooperation with partner countries. For the past 15 years, the Programme has assisted more than 30 countries in their efforts to secure long-term benefits for the population from their oil and gas resources.
