Information about the Department for Evaluation

The Department for Evaluation is located in Norad, but governed under a separate mandate given in the Instruction for evaluating the Norwegian Development Aid Administration by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Climate and Environment. The instructions are followed by an Evaluation strategy with procedures.

The Department for Evaluation reports to the secretary generals of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Climate and Environment, respectively, on matters regarding evaluations.
