Norad's Grant Scheme Rules

Grant scheme rules are a set of rules describing how the Norwegian Govenment's National Budget (Prop 1 S) should be operationalised in connection with allocation of funds to grant recipients. Calls for Proposals by Norad hence have to be aligned with the grant scheme rules for the relevant budget post. Norad is responsible for drafting and revising the grant scheme rules for budget posts that have been either fully or partially delegated from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to Norad. The Ministry approved them.

Below is an overview of grant scheme rules that have been either fully or partially delegated to Norad Note that most only exist in Norwegian. Some grant scheme rules are currently being revised and are therefore not included in the overview:
