Evaluation out to tender: Evaluation of Transparency International
The main objective of the evaluation is to assess if Tranparency International TI mandate, organisation and management is relevant to achieving its objectives, and in what manner and degree the organisation has contributed to measures to fight corruption both internationally and in the countries where TI is operational.
This evaluation will focus on Norwegian support to TI during the last 10 years. Main focus of the evaluation will be on documenting the results of TIs work. Tenderers shall outline the methodological approach for the evaluation.
