Ingrid Buli

Ingrid Buli is a Senior adviser at the Civil society department, and has worked for Norad since 2009. Until recently she was the coordinator for the Norad/NICFI funding scheme for civil society, and is the desk officer for a number of civil society organisations. She has previously worked as a trainee at the Norwegian Embassy in Kampala. 

Ingrid Buli is Project leader/Head of the Oslo REDD Exchange Conference Secretariat.
