Objective:
The purpose of this Mid-term review was to take stock of results that
have been achieved so far against the set milestones as outlined in the
results framework. Additionally, the review examined whether the
Theory of Change (ToC) has been realized in bringing out the envisaged
change in attitude among cooperative members in embracing
agriculture as a business.
