Call for proposals: Sustainable food systems for food security

Norad’s portfolio of activities and partnerships to implement the strategy “Combined forces against hunger” is under continuous development, and Norad is now opening for new applications to contribute to this work.
About the grant scheme
The objectives for the grant scheme are:
- Local climate-resilient food production has increased.
- Local value creation and increased income for food producers have been achieved.
- Malnutrition and undernutrition have been reduced.
- The extent of food-related crises has been reduced.
For 2025, Norad will prioritize applications that include climate adaptation measures in their implementation.
This is an open-ended call for proposals. The amount available will depend on the annual parliamentary appropriations. The call will be closed when the funds made available for Norad are depleted. Notification will be given on this webpage and in the call for applications link a week before the call is closed.
