Strengthening civil society in developing countries – Norwegian organizations 2026

The following organisations were awarded funding under this call for proposals: Strengthening civil society in developing countries – Norwegian organizations 2026

Norway has granted a total of 540 million Norwegian kroner for a strengthened civil society in developing countries with the ability and capacity to promote development and social change. 

The interventions will be implemented in the period from 2026 to 2028. In all, Norad received 18 applications with a total budget of 1,93 billion NOK.

FRI - The Norwegian Organization for Sexual and Gender Diversity

The Norwegian Helsinki Committee 
Title of the application: Advocates for Change: Strengthening Civil Society in Türkiye
