Завдяки програмі Nansen Норвегія надає Україні життєво важливу гуманітарну допомогу, сприяє зміцненню енергетичної безпеки та відновленню, підтримує демократію, верховенство права та права людини, а також цілеспрямовано бореться з корупцією. Норвегія виділила 204,5 мільярда крон на програму Nansen до 2030 року. На даний момент на цивільну допомогу виділено 30 мільярдів крон.
