Support for enterprise development for Ukraine 2025

Norway has granted NOK 93 million to promote investment-ready projects and facilitate increased investments in Ukraine.

The measures will be implemented in the period 2025–2027. In total, the directorate received 69 applications with a total budget of NOK 1.2 billion.

Grant recipients:

  • DTEK Renewables  – NOK 5.5 million for the development of a wind power project (650 MW).
  • Farmasoft – NOK 6.5 million for the development of a pharmaceutical supply chain, including a new warehouse.
  • Malthe Winje – NOK 24 million for the upgrading and rehabilitation of six small hydropower plants.
  • Fenix Repower AS  – NOK 57 million for the development of a wind power plant (0.52 TWh annually).
