Building Skills for Jobs – Technical and Vocational Education and Training

There will be no further calls for proposals under this programme.

Building Skills for Jobs was part of Norway’s prioritization of education globally. The overall objective of the programme was that people have job relevant skills. In the long term this is expected to lead to more people finding employment in the local job market. Funding could  be granted to projects that prioritize initiatives at a level equivalent to upper secondary school or lower. Partnerships between business sector actors and educational institutions were required.

A total of nine projects have received support under the Building Skills for Jobs programme. There will be no further calls for proposals under this programme.
