Peter Graham is Senior Economist at Natural Resources Canada and Co-chair of UNFCCC SBSTA negotiations on scientific and technical guidance on reducing emissions from deforestation and forest degradation and the role of conservation, sustainable forest management and enhancement of forest carbon stocks in developing countries (REDD+).

Lead negotiator and policy advisor on REDD+ for the Canadian government. Graham participated in the development and negotiation of rules for LULUCF, REDD+, and afforestation projects under the Clean Development Mechanism (CDM).

Mr. Graham will attend Plenary 1: REDD+ Negotiations and Finance.
