The evaluation will look into the relationship between Norwegian humanitarian aid, long-term development cooperation and peacebuilding.
The evaluation will look into the relationship between Norwegian humanitarian aid, long-term development cooperation and peacebuilding. It will place emphasis on mapping and analysing this interplay at country level and drawing lessons to develop a holistic Norwegian effort.
The evaluation is focussing on three countries (DRC, Ethiopia and Libanon) and are executed in two phases: A mapping and analysis of Norway’s humanitarian aid, development cooperation and peace efforts on national and subnational level (Phase I), and a policy and implementations analysis (Phase II).
