OfD visit to Liberia January 25-27

A delegation from OfD visited Liberia January 25-27 2010, as a follow up of President Ellen Sirleaf Johnsen's letter to the Norwegian Prime Minister which requested assistance in the management of petroleum activities. OfD held meetings with a range of institutions and persons during the trip.
