Nigeria: "Oil and gas production accounting workshop" 11-12 August 2009

Nigerian, Brasilian and Norwegian experts met to discuss and compare best practices on different technologies, methodologies and cultures related to production and accounting of oil and gas. The seminar was organized as part of the Oil for Development program between Nigeria and Norway and was well-timed and highly relevant considering Nigeria's emerging Oil Industry Bill. A reliable accounting system is imperative to the integrity of any system.  The seminar was held in Abuja August 11-12th 2009.
