Norway needs to take the lead to secure technoloy transfer to developing countries
WWF, LO, Statkraft and Norfund suggests a new norwegian initiative for clean energy before Copenhagen.
The proposal may leverage large investments in renewable energy. The top leaders of the four institutions handed over the initiative to the Minister for the Environment and International Development Mr. Erik Solheim during a conference in Oslo Tuesday 27 October 2009.
