Announcing: Lighting Africa Outstanding Product Awards 2010
Lighting Africa seeks to recognize outstanding off-grid lighting products that are available for purchase in Democratic Republic
of the Congo, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Rwanda, Senegal or Tanzania.
Lighting Africa is a World Bank Group (WBG) initiative which supports the private sector to develop, accelerate, and sustain the market for modern off-grid lighting technologies tailored to the needs of African consumers.
Norway supports Lighting Africa through the Norwegian Trust Fund for Private Sector and Infrastructure (NTF-PSI) and through the Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Partnership (REEEP).
