На що йдуть кошти норвезької допомоги Україні?
Норвегія є довгостроковим партнером України. Завдяки програмі Nansen Норвегія надає Україні життєво важливу гуманітарну допомогу, сприяє зміцненню енергетичної безпеки та відновленню, підтримує демократію, верховенство права та права людини, а також цілеспрямовано бореться з корупцією. Норвегія виділила 204,5 мільярда крон на програму Nansen до 2030 року. На даний момент на цивільну допомогу виділено 30 мільярдів крон.
Climate – Ensuring low-emissions development and climate adaptation
Along with the nature crisis, the climate crisis is among the greatest threats to humanity today. Developing countries have contributed the least to climate change, but are affected the most by its impact. Norwegian aid contributes to climate adaptation by assisting developing countries to manage the impact of climate change, thereby becoming less vulnerable to negative impacts and climate-related disasters. The aid also contributes to low-emission development in developing countries by supporting initiatives such as renewable energy and the conservation of rainforests and other large carbon sinks.
Food systems – fundamental to all development
The global food security situation has worsened in recent years. Food security and the fight against hunger are therefore one of the main priorities in Norwegian development policy. Norad helps strengthen food systems in developing countries, with an emphasis on increasing local climate-resilient food production, increasing local value creation and income for food producers, reducing malnutrition and malnourishment and reducing the extent of hunger crises.
Energy – an important driving force in achieving the SDGs
Access to sustainable energy solutions at an affordable price is paramount for economic and social growth and development. Access to energy is a prerequisite for education, health services and job creation. Increased use of renewable sources of energy is crucial in reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

Home repairs, heating, and water throughout winter
Ukraine has experienced large damage to both infrastructure and homes throughout the war. Civilian and humanitarian support through the Nansen Support Programme for Ukraine contributes to restoring access to clean water for the population and to home repairs. Below you will find a selection of examples of how the support reaches those in need.
Humanitarian assistance
The aim of Norwegian humanitarian assistance is to save lives, relieve distress, and safeguard people's dignity and rights in humanitarian crises, in line with the humanitarian imperative. Norway shall be a leading actor and donor within humanitarian policy.
