Notification of award: Evaluation of the results of development cooperation through Norwegian NGOs in East Africa

Ternstrom Consulting AB won the bid for tender and will carry out the evaluation.

The objective of the evaluation is to document and assess the results brought about by projects supported by Norwegian NGOs and the processes behind the changes. The evaluation will focus on long-term development interventions in three countries in East Africa; Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. Fifteen projects in total have been randomly selected for the evaluation.
