Invitation to tender: Evaluation of Norway’s International Climate and Forest Initiative

The purpose of the evaluation is to progressively assess the results of the Initiative with regard to its objectives and the general objectives of Norwegian development cooperation, such as those related to livelihoods, economic and social development and the environment.

The successful firm will be offered a four-year framework agreement, which will constitute the basis for subsequent call-off orders with specific terms of reference and time requirements. The estimated size of the procurement is 150 weeks per year.
